The pyramid and the cone
The pyramid is very much a different shape than the cone whaen coming to side and base structure but the interesting thing about them is that the surface area formula is the same. Another enteresting thing about them is that the volume formula is also the same. so over all there is barely any difference between the two shapes.

area of parallelograms
- The area of a rectangle, square, and parallelograms are the same because they all have parallel opposite sides. it allows the shape to only need one measure from the base and one measure from the height.
- The length of Tennessee is 710km and the width is 195km. The area is equal to the length times height of parallelogram. so the area is 138,450 km
- Aanna Isabelle Milbante got the name princess of parallelograms from the notorious Lord Byron. The princess comes from the royalty part of the marriage. The parallelogram part came from her interests in mathematics during her marriage with Lord Byron. Unfortunately, she was treated badly by Lord Byron and was probably never fully recognized by her husband. Eventually she had him divorced.

What I have learned
- I have learned many things from chapter ten in geometry. Some stuff that i got refreshed on and a lot of new stuff too. I've learned that central angles equals the arc it creates. I have also learned that an inscribed angle is half of the arc it creates. Last but not least i have learned that a tangent triangle has to be a 90 degreee angle with a pathagarean tripple.
- Building workers can often use this concept in many things. A lot of it is problably used when building huge domed stadiums or the domes that top government buildings.
- One question I do have about the concept we are doing now is the two tangent.
